The company Studiya Natavan “Konstruktor” MMC has been operating since 2001. We cooperate with many companies, both local and foreign. We mainly design high-rise buildings, but we also carry out projects of low-rise buildings and social facilities. During this period, our company has contributed to the development of the city of Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan. We were among the first to design and participate in the construction of 20-30-story buildings in seismic zones. In addition to our main work, when we do the entire project – both the architectural and design parts and engineering support of the project. We also have joint projects with other companies. For example, at the request of a company that has completed a draft design of some object, we carry out a working project. Or they bring us a ready-made architectural solution, and we make the design. We have more than twenty architects and designers on staff. We have a fairly young team in the company. The older generation supports young and talented specialists, passing on their experience and skills to the younger generation.
